1 - 10 oz. box frozen chopped broccoli (thawed and drained)
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 large onion
1 stick melted butter or oleo
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
4 beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and add cornbread mix. Bake at 400º for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Can be baked in cast iron skillet or as muffins.

Freezes well.
