1 medium head cabbage - shredded,
2 large carrots - shredded,
1 medium onion - finely chopped,
1 green pepper - finely chopped,
1 cup miracle whip,
3/4 cup white vinegar,
3/4 cup sugar,
1 tsp. salt,
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:

Cut cabbage into quarters and shred using the shredding blade on a grater. Peel carrots and shred using the same blade. Finely chop onion and green pepper (when I say fine I mean fine almost minced). Combine cabbage, carrots, onion, green pepper, salt and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.

Mix miracle whip, vinegar and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Pour mixture over the veggies and stir.
