Layer #1:
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. nuts - chopped
3/4 c. melted oleo

Layer #2:
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 1/2 c. (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Layer #3:
2 (4.5 oz.) pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)

Layer #4:
2 1/2 c. (9 oz.) Cool Whip.

Directions:

Layer #1:
Mix together and press into pan. Bake at 350º or 20-25 minutes.

Layer #2:
Beat all ingredients together until fluffy. Spread on first layer after baking.

Layer #3:
Mix as directed on box and spread on 2nd layer.

Layer #4:
Spread on 3rd layer

You can now top this with a topping of your desire. Some examples include another pudding layer or chocolate curls or grated chocolate. Another good topping might include strawberries.
