1 1/2 lb. spareribs, boneless
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup pineapple juice
3/4 cup green pepper
1 can pineapple chunks
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 T. oil
2 T. cornstarch
1/3 cup vinegar
1 T. soy sauce
1/4 cup sliced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cut spareribs in 1/2 inch squares or small pieces; brown in oil. Add water; cover and simmer for 1 hour. Combine cornstarch, salt, brown sugar, vinegar, and pineapple juice; mix and cook until slightly thickened. Pour over spareribs and let stand for 10 minutes. Add green pepper, onion, and pineapple chunks; cook 3 minutes longer. Serve over rice.
