2c. apple juice
juice from 2 lemons
1 cinnamon stick
2c. whipping cream
3TTriple Sec

Directions:
Peel,core & quarter 6 apples.
Combine with applejuice, lemon juice,sugar, cinnamon & vanilla in saucepan. Cover & cook over med.heat until apples are very soft20 min. Cool in refigerator24 hours. Remove the cinnamon stick and add oj and whipping cream to apples and puree in batches. Pour in a soup tureens remaining apples unpeeled and stir into soup along with the Triple Sec
