3/4 c. butter
sm onion diced
2 bags cubed frozen potatoes w/ peppers & onions
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
preheat oven to 350 In 9 x 13 pan melt 1/2 c. butter add onion and potatoes and salt and pepper them. Mix sour cream and soup, spread over potatoes. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Melt 1/4 cup butter and mix with corn flakes and sprinkle over the cheese. Bake 45 min.
