2 cans (10 3/4oz each) Campbells Condensed Tomato Soup
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup vinegar
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
3 to 3 1/2lbs boneless beef round steak, cut into stripes
6 cups broccoli flowerets
Hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Stir the soup, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, black pepper and beef in a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker.
Cover and cook LOW for 7 to 8* hours or until the beef is fork tender.
Stir in the broccoli. Turn the head to HIGH. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the broccoli is tender-crisp. Serve with the rice.

*or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours
