Mom Brandly's Beef Steak Pie Recipe

2-3lbs Stew Meat
8-10 Potatoes (peeled and cut into chunks)
1 Large Onion (sliced)
4 Beef Bouillon Cubes
2 Deep Dish Pie Shells

Preheat oven to 350
Brown meat in Stock Pot
Add potatoes and onions.
After meat is browned add enough water to cover the meat, potatoes and onions.
Add bouillon cubes and salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer until potatoes are tender but not falling apart.
Drain but reserve broth from pot.
When meat and potatoes are dry, add to pie shell and cover with other shell. Seam shells together.
Cent top of shell.
Bake at 350 until shell is golden brown.
Slice and serve with broth and mix everything together with ketchup and worcestershire to taste.
