4lbs Chopmeat
3/4 cup Ketchup
2 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
2 pkgs Onion Soup Mix
1 cup Bread Crumbs
1 Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Put Chopmeat in a bowl.
Add Egg, Ketchup, Worcestershire Sauce, and Onion Soup. Mix. Add Breadcrumbs. Mixture should be wet, but not too bed and not dry. You can adjust ingredients if need be.
Bake at 350 until done

We make a big meatloaf, you can cut down the recipe. The Worcestershire Sauce seems to be the key ingredient.
I use the same recipe for meatballs.
