1 Yellow cake mix
1 pkg Vanilla instant pudding
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Oil
3 Eggs
1/2 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above ingredients and pour into a 9/13 wax paper lined pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Cool and cut in half, twice, then dump cake out. Cut each of the 4 pieces in half (top half and bottom half). Place each bottom half back in the pan.

Spread with filling then place the top half on top of the filling.

Filling:
1-1/3 cup Crisco
1 cup Sugar
2/3 cup Evaporated Milk
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
Beat at high speed till creamy. Add 1 cup powdered sugar and beat till smooth.
