2 tbsp. shortening
1 med. onion finely chopped
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. hot water
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper
pinch of cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onons in shortening about 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except salt, red and black pepper. Cook slowly in covered saucepan about 30 minutes. Add salt and peppers during last 5 minutes. If sauce is too thick add more water or vinegar towards the end of cooking time.
