5 lbs. potatoes, peeled and sliced very thin
2 sticks of butter
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1 stick of butter in deep skillet. Add the thinly sliced potatoes. Let bottom start to get golden brown and crispy. If more butter is needed during cook time, just add in. Keep stirring and turning to get a good ratio of crisp potatoes.
