1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. rice
onion
salt and pepper
5-6 peppers
2 large cans tomato juice
2 8oz. cans tomato sauce
1 can mushrooms
1/2 c. sugar
1 small can tomato paste
oregano and Italian seasoning to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mis the beef, rice onion, salt and pepper. Stuff the peppers and cover with remaining ingredients. Simmer for 8 hours.
