1/2 cup raisins
2 cups bread cubes
2 eggs
1/3 c granulated sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups scalded milk
1/3 c graham cracker crumbs
3 tbls. brown sugar.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Rinse and drain raisins. Put raisins and bread cubes in an 8 in. round baking dish. Beat eggs lightly and stir in sugar, salt, vanilla and milk. Pour over bread and raisins. Bake until custard is set - about 20 minutes - then sprinkle with crumbs and brown sugar. Continue baking 10 to 15 min, longer. Serve warm or chilled.
