1 cup raisins
1 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 cups flour (sifted)
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Icing:
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon oil

Directions:
Directions:
In small saucepan, boil 1 cup of raisins till puffy. Drain into measuring cup retaining at least 1/2 cup of the water. Dispose of the remaining. While raisins are cooking, mix together sugar, egg and butter. Add the sifted flour and the cinnamon. Mix in the cooked raisins and water. Pour onto cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes. While still hot, pour powdered sugar icing over the top.

Icing: Combine ingredients; mix until there are no lumps.
