sweet crust:1/2 c butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c sugar
1 c flour
Filling: 8 oz cream cheese
1 egg
1/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
topping: 1/3 c sugar mix with 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Make crust like pie crust , crumbly mix. Pat into bottom of spring form pan. Bake 450 for 10 min.
For filling beat cheese and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Blend well. Pour onto cooled crust.
Slice and peel 1-2 apples to cover top. Sprinkle with cinnamon mixture and bake at 400 for 25 min
