2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. dried leaf oregano
1 tsp. dried thyme
6 T. butter
2 clove garlic - minced
1 1/4 lb. med. or lg. shelled shrimp
1 (12 oz.) can Rotel
1 sm. zucchini - cut into 1/4" chunks
1/4 c. green onion - minced
2 ripe plum tomatoes - cut into 1/4" chunks
1/4 c. parsley - chopped

Directions:
In a large skillet saute all spices in butter. Meanwhile, cook and drain Rotel. Stir fry shrimp a few minutes until cooked. Add vegetables and saute a few minutes, until just tender. Mix with pasta and serve immediately.
