1 turkey breast, bone in

1 cup apricot jam or duck sauce
3/4 cup orange juice
dried apricots
raisins
1 onion
1 carrot
1/2 cup cooking wine

Directions:
Directions:
1. place turkey in roasting pan
2. spread apricot jam or duck sauce over turkey
3. spread apricots, raisins, carrot and onion around
turkey
4. add orange juice and wine to cover vegetables

Bake at 350º uncovered for 1 hour, 30 minutes.
Baste turkey with sauce every 30 minutes.
Cool and slice
