1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
Prime Rib

Directions:
Directions:
2 plus hours prior to cooking season meat. Mix together oil and seasonings and rub over roast. Preheat oven 425º. Roast meat fat side up for 20 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350º and continue cooking for:
Rare - 23 minutes per pound (130º)
Medium - 27 minutes per pound ( 150º)
Well - 32 minutes per pound (160º)
Meat thermometer will read 140º for medium rare.
Let stand 15 minutes before carving.
