16 Oz uncooked pasta – follow package directions for boiling
1 lb Italian sausage – Graziano’s
1 lb extra lean ground beef
48 oz bottle spaghetti sauce
4 oz taco sauce
4 oz. Canned mushrooms
2 t Italian seasoning
8 oz part skim mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Bake at 400 for 20-30 min.
2 12x7 in. pans
cheese goes on top

As the meat is browning I add about a cup of onion and a couple of cloves of garlic (minced).
Drain the fat off the meat before mixing with the other ingredients.
