1 lb of bacon
Half of an onion
2 Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits do not substitute
Pepper

Cut bacon and dice onions. Mix together in a bowl. Sprinkle enough Pepper so you can see it.

Flatten each biscuit like a little tortilla and place a teaspoon full of the bacon in the center and fold over and crimp the edges. Place on a lightly greased
(I use Pam) cookie sheet with the seam down.

Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
