2 16oz. bags of baby bud broccoli florets
3 cups grated Colby cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise (not miracle whip)
2 eggs (beaten)
1 onion (chopped & sautéed)
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 roll Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook and drain broccoli. Pat dry and mix in the cheese.
2. Saute onion in one stick butter then mix in soup, mayonnaise and beaten eggs. When mixed well, add the broccoli and mix.
3. Melt 1/2 stick butter and mix with crushed Ritz crackers. Put on top of casserole.

Bake 350º 45-60 minutes
