Ingredients:  
1 medium head cauliflower
3/4 c dry bread crumbs
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teas. dried basil
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cauliflower into small florets. Cook 12 minutes
until crisp and tender--don't let them get too soft.
Drain well. In a large mixing bowl mix together
the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, basil and
salt and pepper. Add cauliflower and toss until
lightly coated. Melt butter in large skillet and
saute crumbed cauliflower until crumbs are
nicely browned. Serve immediately.
