2 - 3 lbs fish fillets
1 Tbsp salt ( add to milk )
1/2 cup of milk
finely sifted bread crumbs
oil or melted fat

Directions:
Directions:
Soak pieces of fish in salted milk for 3- 5 minutes, then cover with sifted bread crumbs, using one hand for the wet work and the other for the dry, to keep the crumbs dry. Place in greased pan and sprinkle with cooking oil (or fat). Bake at 450º F until fish is cooked. This will not take over 10 minutes for a piece 1" thick. Grated cheese may be sprinkled over the top just before taking from the oven.
