14 oz. Caramels (the kind that are individually wrapped-unwrap them of course!)
1/3 cup Evaporated milk

1 box German Chocolate Cake Mix
cup Oleo (Margarine)
1/3 cup Evaporated milk
tsp. Vanilla

1 cup Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramels and evaporated milk together in a pan over low heat.

Mix the next 4 ingredients

In a 9x13 inch pan, bake of the cake mix for 6 minutes at 350. Top with caramel mixture, chocolate chips and the remainder of the cake mix. Bake 15 minutes more.
