Peanut Butter Mousse Cake Recipe

1 3/4 cup whipping cream
2 cups peanut butter
2 tubs pareve cream cheese ( 8 oz)
2 cups icing sugar
2 tbsp vanilla

1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 cup chocolate chips
chopped peanuts

1. beat whipping cream and set aside
2. beat together peanut butter and cream cheese
until smooth
3. stir in icing sugar and vanilla and mix well
4. fold in whipping cream, leaving behind a 1/4 cup
for topping
5. pour in spring form pan

6. in a pan, combine topping - sugar and whipping
cream. stir over heat until sugar dissolves and
mixture comes to a boil.
7. take off heat and add chocolate chips, stir until
8. cool and spread over mousse. garnish with
chopped peanuts
