5 pounds low fat hamburger
1 large (32 ounce or more) bottle of ketchup
1 bottle of any kind beer
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Roll hamburger into small bite size balls; put into deep cake pan. Sprinkle salt & pepper over all. Pour the whole bottle of ketchup over the hamburger. Add the bottle of beer and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about one hour. You can then put into a crock pot to keep warm or warm up for the next days usage.
