1 Tbsp. firmly packed dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
2 Tsp. salt
2 Tsp. accent
1 Tsp. celery salt
1 Tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 to 3 Tsp. cayenne pepper
1 Tsp. dry mustard
1 Tsp. garlic powder
1 Tsp. onion powder

Directions:

Combine all ingredient and mix them
Rub onto ribs, chicken, pork, etc.
