Boneless chicken breasts 3-4
Ĺ cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Emerilís essence.
Center cut bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up boneless chicken breasts in pieces.

Mix 1/2 cup of brown sugar with 2 tbsp of Emerilís essence.

Wrap the chicken with a piece of bacon. I use the center cut and cut the package in 1/2 down the middle.

Coat the chicken and bacon with the sugar mix and stick a tooth pick in it.

Bake at 350 for 1/2 an hour. Using a darker pan works better.
