1 package dry onion soup mix
1 jar of peach preserves
1 lg can of pineapple chunks and half juice from can
5 or 6 boneless skinless chicken breast
or 1 whole chicken
1 bottle of Russian dressing
2 cups rice
4 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
boil Chicken till done shred chicken in oven safe bowl. mix Russian dressing peach preserves pineapple and only half the juice from can along with dry onion soup mix add to shredded chicken bake for 10 to 20 min
boil 4 cups water in pan add 2 cups white rice simmer for 15min covered top with the sweet and sour chicken
