1 white cake mix
2 sm boxes of sugar free instant vanilla pudding
4 egg whites
1 c water
1/4 c lt oil
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 sm can crushed pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges - drained
3/4 c cold low fat milk
1/2 tub free Cool Whip
1/4 tub lt cream cheese frosting

Directions:
Mix the first 8 Ing. except 1 box of pudding and 1/2 of oranges in a bowl and pour into a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake @ 350º, for 30 min. Cool completely! FROSTING. Mix milk, cool whip, frosting, and other box of pudding, until smooth. Frost and chill. Garnish with the rest of the oranges and fresh mint.
