6 slices bacon, fried and chopped
3 T butter
1 med onion, diced
1/2 c white wine
12 lg morels, cleaned and diced
4 oz heavy cream
1 c Italian blend grated cheese
Cooked pasta of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter until transparent. Add bacon,wine and mushrooms. Simmer for 3-5 min. Add cream with a whisk. Add 3/4 C of cheese and whisk till smooth and thickened. Salt and Pepper to taste. Serve over pasta and top with remaining cheese.

If you can find the Morels, this is soooo good. I like to use the smaller ones, cut in half. If you find that your sauce is too thick, just add a little water and whisk.
