1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk
Cream together, then stir in:
1 - 2 1/2 oz. glass jar beef (chopped)
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped orange pepper

(I saute the onion and pepper together until soft. Also, you can use a red, yellow or green pepper if you prefer). Then add:
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. sour cream

Spray glass baking dish with Pam and spread into the dish separately, heat until crisp:
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. sale (or less, it's just to make the pecans crispy).

Spread pecans over the top and bake 20 minutes at 350.

Serve with Ritz crackers.
