1 - 24 oz. package hashbrowns, patted dry
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. shredded hot pepper cheese
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 lb. pkg. breakfast sausage, fried and drained
1/2 c. half and half
5 eggs
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 10 inch pie plate. Line with hashbrowns and press up the sides to form a crust. Brush crust with melted butter and bake at 425º for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle sausage and cheeses evenly over crust. Beat half and half with eggs and seasoned salt. Pour over cheeses and sausage. Bake uncovered at 250º for 30-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
