1 chicken, boiled (or chicken breasts)
1 large package spaghetti
1 lb. velveeta cheese
1 onion
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can English peas
1 can mushrooms (sliced)
1 stick butter
1 bell pepper (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken and remove from water. Add spaghetti to chicken broth.

In skillet, cook onion and bell pepper until tender. Mix chicken, onions, peas and mushrooms together. Mix in Rotel. When spaghetti is done, do not drain. Mix in cheese with spaghetti, and mix all ingredients together.

Bake in onion at 350º until it starts to bubble.
