2 c. Marionberry Vinegar
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shallots, minced
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 qt. olive oil blend
2 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. white pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Emulsify with burr mixer until fully incorporated.
