2 cans whole kernel corn
1 c. chopped onion (1/2 green onion; 1/2 sweet onion)
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. real mayonnaise
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 small bag Chili Cheese Fritos

Directions:
Directions:
Drain cans of corn well. To corn, add onion, green pepper, mayonnaise, and cheese. Stir all together. (Can be refrigerated at this time to chill). Add Fritos just before serving (I don't add the whole bag of corn chips; just enough to balance the corn and Fritos and give the salad a good crunchy taste).
