32 oz. sauerkraut, drained
1/4 c. sour cream
1 medium onion, grated
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 - 2.5 oz. pkgs. corned beef, dried
2 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
9 slices rye bread
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sauerkraut, sour cream, onion, garlic powder; put into a greased 8 in. square pan. Spread out corned beef over mixture and cover with Swiss cheese. Remove crust from rye bread and cut into triangles. Arrange bread over Swiss cheese and brush with melted butter. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours. Before baking, remove from fridge and let sit for 30 minutes. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
