15 Idaho potatoes
4 sticks of butter
4 c. Parmesan cheese

1. Wash potatoes and cut in half lengthwise.
2. Cut uniform 3/4 inch long wedges
3. Steam potatoes in a hole pan for 12-14 minutes.
4. Melt butter in straight side sautÚ pan
5. Prepare silicone lined sheet pan
6. Coat potatoes with butter. DRAIN OFF EXCESS
7. Carefully coat each side with Parmesan
8. Lay on sheet pan 1/2 inch apart...lightly sprinkle
with paprika, seasoned pepper, and seasoned
9. Bake at 375║ until dark gold in color.
