4 medium onions - peeled and chopped
3 cloves garlic - peeled and chopped.
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. oregano
2 bay leaves
2 pounds ground beef
1/4 c. chili powder
16 oz. canned tomatoes
3 cans kidney beans
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. chili peppers - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic & onions in oil, add beef, oregano, bay leaves and brown beef. Add 2 tsp. chili powder, tomatoes and kidney beans. Simmer,reduce heat for 1 1/2 hours. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook another 15 minutes.
