8 English Muffins, cubed
1 c. chopped Canadian bacon
1 pkg. asparagus spears, cut
6 eggs
3 c. 2% milk
1 T. ground mustard
salt/pepper to taste

Hollandaise Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Layer 1/2 the English muffins in a 9x13 pan. Top with Canadian bacon and asparagus. Finish with remaining English muffins.

Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt/pepper. Pour over English muffins. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.

Serve with Hollandaise Sauce.
