6 - 8 c. soft bread crumbs
2 stalks celery - diced
1 medium onion - diced
2 eggs - beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 - 2 c. milk
4 1/2 - 5 # of chicken - cooked and boned.

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except chicken, toss lightly. Place alternately, in layers of chicken and dressing in greased baking dish, ending in stuffing. Pour broth over all until it can be seen around the edges. Bake 350º for 1 hour. Cover with foil for first half hour. Bake until a little brown on top.
