1 gallon zip lock bag
2 pinches Pappy's dry rub (Save Mart and most grocery stores have it)
1 bottle of beer
2 C. Kikkoman's soy sauce
2 T. Cajun spice (Sav Mart)
1/4 C. Louisiana Hot Sauce (Sav Mart, Raley's)
1 T. liquid smoke

Mix it all up and place in bag with meat. Refrigerate for 24 to 48 hours. Shake the bag once in awhile.

At last we've gotten Mark to write down his recipes. He's a creative cook with a southern flair. When his neighbors smell his barbeque going, they always want to know what he's cooking. One day he was feeding them cornbread and frog legs. (My dad would have loved the menu. See above for the frog legs.)
