Directions:
Go to the Redwood Keg Liquors and Deli in Boulder Creek, CA. Buy a case of their Santa Cruz Mountains Marinade. Get some chicken, pork, or beef to barbecue. Put it in a shallow glass pan. Shake one bottle, and pour enough sauce over the meat to moisten all sides. Be generous. Marinate at least one hour. 24 hours is even better. Turn to be sure all meat is getting flavored.

Grill meat gently on the barbecue till desired doneness. Pass with fresh sauce from the bottle.
