1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups quick oats
1 (12 ounce) package butterscotch morsels

Preheat oven 375 degrees. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon: set aside. In large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla extract; beat until creamy. Gradually, add flour mixture. Stir in oats and chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 7 to 8 minutes for chewier cookies; 9 to 10 minutes for crisper cookies.
