1 16 oz can cream style corn
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 c. milk
1 c. crushed saltine cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Combine first 4 ingredients: mix well. Stir in salt, eggs, butter, paprika and milk. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole: top with crackers crumbs. Cover. Bake for about 1 hour or until done.
