2 cups pretzels, crushed and 2 Tbsp. sugar
11/2 sticks of butter, melted.
1 8oz. package of cream cheese and 1 c sugar
1 8oz. carton of Cool Whip.
2 large pkgs strawberry jello
2 10 oz. pkgs frozen strawberries with juice
2 c boiling water

Combine pretzels, 2 T of sugar and butter. Put into a large oblong pan. Bake 8 min. @ 400º. Cool completely. Combine cream cheese and 1 c of sugar. Mix well. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cooled pretzel crust. Cool. Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add strawberries. Mix well. When jello begins to thicken, pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until set. Cut into squares and serve.

20-30 minutes to prepare and then an hour or two in the frig to set.
