1 tbsp cracked black pepper
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 tbsp fresh chives
1 tbsp fresh tarragon leaves
1 tsp dried thyme
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven temperature at 425º F. Place the herbs and spices in large measuring cup and chop using kitchen shears. Combine oil with herbs to make a paste and rub evenly so that the herbs adhere to meat. Place on roasting rack and bake for about 45 minutes or until instant-read meat thermometer registers 155º F.
