Chinese Chicken Salad Recipe

4 T. sugar
4 T. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. MSG (Accent)
Dissolve over heat and cool. Add:
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup salad oil

3 chicken breasts, cooked and cut bite size
1 head lettuce
4 green onions
2 T. sesame seeds toasted
2-4 oz. Wonton skins deep fried

Make dressing and set aside. Toss all salad ingredients together except Won Ton skins. Add dressing and toss. Right before serving, toss in broken up fried Wonton skins.
