16 - 18 tomatoes - peeled and chopped
3 c. green, red, and yellow peppers chopped
2 c. chopped onion
4 - 5 hot chili peppers or jalapeņo peppers - chopped
6 garlic cloves - chopped
4 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. pepper
3 tbsp. chili powder
4 tbsp. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 c. corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all ingredients to desired size. Put all ingredients but the corn starch in a large stock pot and simmer for 1 hour. Slowly add the corn starch to desired thickness. Put into hot pint jars and place seal and lids on jars. Cook in hot water bath in a canner for 1/2 hour. Remove jars and let cool.
